The Centre of Excellence in Post-Harvest Technology (CE-PHT), Agri Business Incubator, Department of Processing and Food Engineering, organized an Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) in Food Processing on 12 March 2026. A total of 20 participants from different parts of the district attended the programme.
The inaugural session began with a welcome address by Dr. Rajesh G.K., Co-PI, CE-PHT. The programme was inaugurated by Dr. Jayan P.R., Dean of Faculty (Agricultural Engineering), and felicitations were offered by Dr. Prince M.V., Professor and Head of the Department.
The training programme included expert lectures on food processing technologies and hands-on sessions on food value addition. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Vithu Prabha.
