Constitution Day Celebrations

The Constitution Day of India is observed on November 26 every year to commemorate the adoption of the fundamental principles governing the nation. The day was celebrated at the College of Agriculture, Vellayani by taking an oath and reading the preamble of the Indian constitution.

The students, teachers, and staff of the college gathered in the college mandapam and pledged their devotion to the nation and promised to honor, uphold, and actively embody the principles outlined in the constitution.  The pledge was read out by Dr. K.N. Anith, the Associate Director of Research, at the Regional Agricultural Station, Southern Zone, Vellayani.

The oath-taking programme was organized in the campus, by the National Service Scheme (NSS) unit, College of Agriculture, Vellayani.
